Healthy.
Suddenly, my endurance has increased to the point where I'm walking distances that were previously unimaginable to me, without getting tired or winded, and each time I feel like I could have done even more, if I'd let myself.
I feel stronger. My xanthoma on my upper arms seems to be clearing up (indicating, maybe, reduced lipid levels in my blood?). I seem to be better able to tell when I'm genuinely hungry or not.
Weirdly, my sense of smell has abruptly become much more acute. I've never paid much attention to scents, and now I'm suddenly aware of layers of scents in the world around me, complex interactions and information I never knew was there.
I'm visibly slimmer than I was a week ago. You can even see the difference in my face. Also, my lower abdomen is developing tone and muscle definition in ways it's never had before.
I can't account for this. Any of it. I haven't made any significant changes to my lifestyle, eating habits, sleep schedule, anything. This is all really cool, but in a way, it's kind of scary. I expect to start climbing walls and shooting webs from my wrists any day now.

Or the floride in the water.
fucker!
I'm not running 4 days a week so Riff can bounce a quarter off *your* ass, buddy.
I swear if I find out you took my multiple orgasms too, I am so flying back out to seattle to give you back your lbs of flesh and take back what is mine. MINE!
Re: fucker!
Those're a fluke. I'm usually aiming for his head.
Re: fucker!
(*bonk* "Ow! Hey, a quarter!" *bonk* "Ow! Hey, a quarter!" *bonk*)
Re: fucker!
(Wait -- that didn't come out right.)

To Shechemist...You will gain weight because for a while you'll gain muscle at the same rate that you loose fat and muscle weighs more than fat. I went through the same thing when I was in Basic Training. I also had to fight with the military when I was working out heavily...I was over weight by almost 40 pounds but I was at less than 20% body fat. Don't worry about the weight you're gaining or loosing, worry about body fat content and how you actually look and feel, especially if you're prone to gaining bulk muscle and not lean.
